Plan Your Workouts with AI
Your AI. Your Plan. Your Goal. Bellows doesn't make you use its own AI. Connect the assistant you already use and trust, and let it work with your real training history.
What Your AI Can Do
- Read your training: workouts, routines, your calendar and training blocks.
- Build a plan: a week of sessions, a routine to reuse, or a training block that runs up to race day.
- Adjust it: move a session after a missed day, swap an exercise, ease back in after time off.
- Fix mistakes: a wrong weight or a workout you forgot to log. It never makes up activity.
How to Connect
- Open Bellows and go to You → AI Connection.
- Copy the starter prompt and paste it into your AI. It explains Bellows to your AI and includes what you told Bellows about your training.
- Your AI connects. If it supports connectors (MCP), it connects directly and you sign in to Bellows to allow it. If it doesn't, it can still write a plan you paste into Bellows.
- Ask for what you want. "Build me four weeks of upper/lower with two easy runs" or "I missed Tuesday, shift the week."
You Stay in Charge
- Your go-ahead word. Bellows tells your AI to list what it will change and wait for your word ("go", unless you pick another) before changing anything.
- Approvals in the app, if you want them. Have every AI change wait for you on Today, only the big ones (deletes, training blocks, routine rewrites), or none.
- Everything is labeled. Each change shows which AI made it, and Today tells you when something changed.
- Undo. You → AI Connection → AI Activity lists every change, newest first, and takes any of them back.
AI can make mistakes. Bellows tells your AI to build load gradually and to answer only from your records, but check a plan before you train it.
Why Bring Your Own AI
You already have an AI you like, and it already knows how you think. Bellows gives it your training and the guardrails, so you don't pay for a second assistant or start from scratch with one.
Try Bellows free while it's in testing. iPhone, with Apple Watch optional.
