BELLOWS

Guide

Use Bellows with Claude

The Bellows connector lets Claude read your training and, with your go-ahead, plan and change it. You sign in to Bellows to allow it, every change is labeled, and you can undo any of them.

Before You Start

Connect

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. Find Bellows in the list and choose Connect. If it isn't listed for you yet, choose Add Custom Connector, name it Bellows, and use this address: https://etcgzvldgdnjynyfmgkw.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcp
  2. Sign in to Bellows. Use the email on your Bellows account: Bellows emails you a 6-digit code. If you made your account with Sign in with Apple, use Sign in with Apple on that page.
  3. Allow Claude. Bellows shows what Claude will be able to do. Choose Allow. You can disconnect at any time in Bellows under You → AI Connection.
  4. Start a chat. Ask "What did I train this week?" or "Build me four weeks of upper/lower with two easy runs a week."

What Claude Can Do

What Claude Can't Do

You Stay in Charge

AI can make mistakes. Bellows tells Claude to build load gradually and to answer only from your records, but check a plan before you train it. Bellows and Claude offer training information, not medical advice.

Your Data

Disconnect

In Bellows, go to You → AI Connection and disconnect Claude; it loses access at once. You can also remove the connector in Claude's settings.
