BELLOWS

Guide

Switching from MapMyRun to Bellows

Bring your runs with you, then keep running, riding and lifting in one log.

The Easy Way: Apple Health

If MapMyRun is connected to Apple Health, Bellows can bring them in for you, now and as new ones arrive.

  1. Open Bellows and go to You → Apple Health.
  2. Choose how far back: the last 30 days, 1 year, or everything.
  3. Tap Connect Apple Health and allow workouts, routes and heart rate.

Runs, rides, swims, walks and hikes come in with the route and heart rate when Health has them. New ones arrive on their own.

Older Runs: Files

  1. On the MapMyRun website, open a workout and use its export option to save a GPX or TCX file.
  2. In Bellows, go to You → Import and Export → Runs and Rides from Other Apps and choose the file, or a .zip of several.

Pick one way for each run. Bringing the same run in from both Apple Health and a file can give you two copies.

What's Different in Bellows

Your lifting lives in the same log as your runs, with interval runs that coach your pace and your own AI to plan the weeks. See Plan Your Workouts with AI.
