Switching from Nike Run Club to Bellows
Nike Run Club saves your runs to Apple Health, and Bellows reads them from there, with the route and heart rate when Health has them.
Bring Your Runs In
If Nike Run Club is connected to Apple Health, Bellows can bring them in for you, now and as new ones arrive.
- Open Bellows and go to You → Apple Health.
- Choose how far back: the last 30 days, 1 year, or everything.
- Tap Connect Apple Health and allow workouts, routes and heart rate.
Runs, rides, swims, walks and hikes come in with the route and heart rate when Health has them. New ones arrive on their own.
Not sure it's connected? On your iPhone, open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices and check that Nike Run Club can write workouts.
Running in Bellows
- Record on iPhone, or on Apple Watch with live distance, pace and heart rate.
- Voice cues for pace and cadence while you run.
- Interval runs with a target pace: Bellows says each step and tells you every 30 seconds whether you're on pace.
- Pace zones estimated from your recent best effort.
What's Different in Bellows
Your lifting lives in the same log as your runs, and you can connect your own AI to plan the weeks. See Plan Your Workouts with AI.
